To request a quote, please contact the shipper directly via phone or email and provide your auction date, invoice number, and lot numbers (as shown on your invoice). They will assist you with the pickup, packing, and shipping of your items.
Local Pick-Ups
DejaVu In-House Shipping Service
All buyers who wish to use our DejaVu In-House Shipping Service must send us a written email confirming their request. Please email us at dejavuestates@aol.com stating that you would like us to pack and ship your items.

In-House Shipping Pricing:
- $15.00 (Small Box 6x6x6)
- $27.00 (Medium Box 8x8x8)
- $37.00 (Large Box 12x10x10)
Prices include packing material, tracking information, and shipping.
Full insurance will be added to shipping costs for items over $50.00.
Prices are valid for anywhere in the continental USA.
DejaVu will NOT ship any items unless an email is sent from the bidder to dejavuestates@aol.com stating they want us to pack & ship their items.
If items do not fit in the above box sizes, bidders are to hire a 3rd party shipping company or schedule a local pick up of their items.
In-house shipping will ship packages 7-10 days after payment for shipping is made.

Important Notices
- Designer handbags will be available for pick-up or shipping 14 days after the end of each auction, as they are stored off-site for security purposes.
- Jewelry stored in our off-site warehouse will be shipped within 48 hours of payment. It cannot be picked up locally, it must be shipped.
- Reminder: In-house shipping is eligible on nonbreakable items that fit securely in a flat rate USPS box.
